• Our extensions are 100% virgin hair which means the hair is not processed with any color. Our virgin hair comes natural black or brown and can be bleached to #27 .

Standard shipping is 3-5 business days ONCE they have been processed.

We are CLOSED Sundays & Mondays so shippings start on Tuesday morning.

• We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for shipping out orders. We ship using their Priority Mail Service for domestic and International packages. International orders can take up to 10 business days to be delivered once it is processed. We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or added taxes that are incurred by the country that you reside in.

Tracking information is emailed to the email address provided within your order on the day your order is shipped.
